Terms and Conditions

Content4U 1-Day Workshop, operated by Spawnline Pte. Ltd.

  1. Who we are. Content4U is operated by Spawnline Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us").
  2. The workshop. The Content4U 1-Day Workshop is held in person in Central Singapore. The date, time and exact venue will be sent to you by WhatsApp or email before the workshop.
  3. Seats. Seats are limited to 40, subject to change at the event organiser's discretion. Your seat is confirmed once your payment is complete.
  4. Live and in person only. The workshop is a live, in-person session. We do not offer attendees a recording or replay, so please only book if you intend to attend.
  5. Money-back guarantee. If you attend and don't feel the workshop was worth it, tell the team or Tri before you leave the venue and you will be refunded the ticket price in full, on the spot.
  6. Withdrawing before the workshop. If you decide to withdraw from the workshop before the workshop date, you will still be refunded. Refunds are issued within 5 to 10 working days.
  7. Payment. Payment is handled securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.
  8. What we collect. We collect your name, email address and phone number to process your booking and to contact you about the workshop.
  9. How we store it. Your details are stored in our customer relationship management (CRM) system and in the tools we use to run the workshop, such as our website host, payment provider and messaging tools.
  10. How we may contact you. You agree that we may contact you by phone call, WhatsApp, SMS or email about this workshop. This includes sending your venue details and reminders, and following up if you started booking but did not complete payment.
  11. Future updates. We may also contact you about future Content4U events and services. You can ask us to stop at any time.
  12. Filming, photos and ads. The workshop and your 1-1 strategy call may be filmed and photographed. By booking, you agree that video, audio and photos taken at the event and on the 1-1 call, which may include you and your voice, can be used by us in future ads, social media, websites and other marketing content, without payment. If you do not want to be featured in our ads, you must tell us in writing before the workshop date.
  13. Sharing. We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with service providers where needed to run the workshop and our business, and where required by law.
  14. Keeping your data. We keep your details for as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law.
  15. Your rights. You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent to be contacted, at any time by messaging us on +65 97836452. We handle personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
  16. Exclusive 1-1 strategy call. The exclusive 1-1 content strategy call is for attendees who complete and submit the feedback form at the end of the workshop. We will send you the booking details after we receive it.
  17. Results and testimonials. Testimonials and case studies reflect the individual experiences of the people featured. Results are not typical and depend on effort, skill, consistency, budget, industry and market conditions outside our control. We do not promise or guarantee any specific result, such as views, leads, clients or revenue, and we do not independently verify every figure shared with us.
  18. Education only. The workshop is education and training. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it is not a business opportunity. We do not provide you with clients, leads or sales. Any business you run is owned and operated by you, and you are responsible for its decisions and outcomes.
  19. Third-party platforms. Content4U and this workshop are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. (including Instagram and Facebook), TikTok, Google LLC (including YouTube), or any other platform or tool mentioned. All trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for reference only.
  20. Intellectual property. All workshop content, including slides, guides, templates and the AI prompt sheet, belongs to Spawnline Pte. Ltd. It is for your own use. You may not copy, share, resell or distribute it without our written permission.
  21. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Spawnline Pte. Ltd. and its directors, employees and coaches are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the workshop or its content. This does not affect your right to the refund described in the money-back guarantee above.
  22. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
  23. Changes. If the date or venue has to change, we will let you know using the contact details you provided.
